Being more grateful | Just Breathe
What are you grateful for? One of the many things I'm grateful for is my health. As some of you know, I spent seven days cleansing/detoxing at a very special place in San Diego. I know it takes a lot of energy to detox but I fully immersed myself in the program to work on my mental, emotional, energetic & physical well-being. Sometimes we get out of balance I need to refocus our energy where we need attention. I know some of us need attention now and that's why you're seeing me. I want you to know that the work that we're doing will cause ripples in your life.
This weeks hours are:
Monday: 2-6pm
Tuesday: 12-3pm
Wednesday: 10-12noon & 3-6pm
Thursday: emergencies only
Friday: 1-4pm
Saturday: Emergencies only
